Biography

Was born on July 30, 1971 in the city of Moscow.

1992 - 1995 - the research associate in department of manuscripts of the Russian state library.

1994: MGPI of Lenin

In 1994 graduated from the Moscow state teacher training college of V.I. Lenin (since 1990 - the Moscow pedagogical state university), specialty "History".

1995 - 2001 there passed the way from the leading specialist of department of history to the responsible secretary of the Russian humanitarian scientific fund.

1998: Lomonosov Moscow State University

1998 - the candidate of historical sciences in "A source study, a historiography and methods of a historical research".

2000: RAS

2000 - the research associate of the Arkheografichesky commission of Institute of Slavic studies of RAS.

2002 - the member of Bureau of Department of historical and philological sciences of RAS, the scientific secretary of Department

2009 - 2012 - the deputy academician-secretary of Department of historical and philological sciences of RAS for scientific and organizational work.

2012 - 2017 - the chief of analytical management of State Duma administration of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

2017: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

2017 - the director of the department of state policy in the field of the general education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

2018: Minprosveshcheniya of Russia

2018 - the adviser to the Minister of education of the Russian Federation.
