As of 2009, TeleSvyaz is a Russian system integrator working in the field of IT. Within the framework of the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure Solutions, TeleSvyaz formed the Capital Construction Department, whose specialists had experience in the construction of infrastructure for buildings and structures in Tula and Uzbekistan.

2005

A new line of business has been opened - the design and supply of ASKUE and ASDU systems for electric power enterprises. In 2006, the company had more than 100 people. The number of energy facilities at which work was carried out by TeleSvyaz specialists reached 50.

2004

According to the results of 2004, the company's staff was 70 people. TeleSvyaz dealer network has more than 70 companies. The TeleSvyaz training center has been opened, which implements equipment models based on the entire range of solutions offered by the company, as well as a new division in the company and a new area of ​ ​ activity - "Building SKS." In the same year, the company commissioned the first large Call Center in Russia based on Siemens HiPath ProCentr for 150 agents.

2003

In 2003, the company's staff was 64 people. A new division of the company for working with corporate customers has been opened, as well as a division that, in accordance with the license, designs and issues design estimates in strict accordance with the latest GOST and SniPamy of the Russian Federation. The TeleCommunications dealer network in Russia amounted to 62 companies, in the CIS countries - 12 companies. The first deliveries of equipment to Ukraine were carried out. 2001

2000

In 2000, the company developed a new direction - "Technological communication equipment - solutions for industry and transport." The TeleCommunication training center for the training of technical specialists in the maintenance of Hicom systems has been opened. Over the period 2000-2003, more than 350 specialists of the company's customers and partners were trained. A subsidiary of TeleCommunication - Systems and Means of Communication has been opened, designed to provide warranty and post-warranty service support to customers and partners of the company. In addition, a new joint venture of TeleCommunication Holding - International Telecommunication Company Ltd with UK jurisdiction - has been opened for operations in the CIS countries.

1999

In 1999, the Corporate Telephony direction was actively developing. At the end of the year, the number of Siemens Hicom 300 PBXs commissioned reached 30. 11 corporate communication networks were built. The maximum number of nodes per network is 25. The company built the first integrated corporate voice and data network based on Siemens Hicom and Cisco Systems equipment. At the same time, TeleCommunication is actively developing a new direction in its activities - Computer Telephony Systems.

1998

In 1998, the company's dealer network was expanded into the CIS countries. Regular deliveries are made to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. A dealer agreement was signed with Siemens-Nixdorf for the supply of a full range of computer equipment.

1997

In 1997, the first distributed corporate network based on the Siemens Hicom 300E PBX was built and commissioned in Russia.
