2024: Delivery of more than 10 thousand digital emergency warning systems over IP networks
The Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation has supplied customers with more than 10 thousand digital emergency warning systems over IP networks. This was announced by Roselectronics on February 13, 2024. The equipment is the basis of the centralized warning system in Moscow, the Moscow region and St. Petersburg.
The P-166Ts complex, developed by specialists from the Kaluga Research Institute of Telemechanical Devices (KNIITMU), which is part of Roselectronics, allows you to create scalable warning systems of various levels: from object to regional. The solution includes an automated system control panel, paging devices and various options for software and hardware units to control them, as well as an audio broadcast control unit.
The exchange data between the elements of the complex is carried out using the protocol stack/, TCPIP which allows you to create notification systems of any level of complexity. Due to the use of an open interface, the solution can be integrated with automated systems, comprehensive APK "Safe City" systems for emergency notification of the population about the threat of occurrence or on the occurrence of emergency situations (CEEP), "Service 112." The equipment is also compatible with alerting systems built on the basis of previously created solutions.
The key quality of the P-166Ts complex is a modular structure that allows you to create warning systems on its basis for objects of various scales: from a small cafe to a million-plus city. The equipment is mass-produced at KNIITMU's own production base, "said Alexander Alekseev, General Director of KNIITMU. |
2020: Adding an Automatic Health Check System
On February 10, 2020, the Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation presented a modernized emergency warning system for small business facilities - small shops, cafes, hairdressers. The updated version of the complex includes a compact audio speaker with an Internet connection, as well as an auto-call system over any type of telephone networks. In the event of an emergency, subscribers in the emergency zone will receive phone calls with a voice message warning of the danger.
As a result of the modernization, the complex was also supplemented with an automatic serviceability check system, which allows monitoring the serviceability of the equipment without special measures and without the participation of personnel.
The P-166Ts complex, developed by KNIITMU (part of Roselectronics), includes an automated control panel for the warning system, a universal control unit for terminal warning devices and a unit for controlling remote electric irons. The open interface of the complex allows you to integrate it with the automated systems of the Safe City project or make it an element of any large information and telecommunication city service. A distinctive feature of the P-166Ts is scalability: the equipment allows you to create warning systems of any level: from object to regional. The complex is the basis of a centralized warning system for Moscow, the Moscow region and St. Petersburg, P-166Ts equipment as of February 10, 2020 is installed on more than two thousand objects of various sizes and purposes.
{{quote 'P-166Ts - Russian digital system of notification by IP-networks. In the upgraded version, the audio speaker combines the functionality of the control unit and the audio broadcast endpoint. This is a complete solution for a small area facility where there is no need to create an expensive and complex distributed alert system. Its use guarantees the owner of a small business a timely notification of an emergency and at the same time avoids unnecessary costs for excess equipment, - said in Roselectronics. }}
2019: Description of the complex
On February 12, 2019, the Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation presented a modernized set of technical means for alerting emergency situations. The updated open interface of the complex will allow integrating it with the automated systems of the Safe City project and making it an element of any large information and telecommunication city service, the developer says.
According to the developer, the warning system can be integrated with the city's environmental monitoring systems. In the event of an emergency or an indicator exceeding normal values, the alarm signal will be automatically transmitted from the monitoring systems to the control center, which independently initiates an emergency notification through the electric sirens. This will make it possible to inform the population and officials as quickly as possible about the danger.
The complex includes an automated control panel of the regional warning system, a universal control unit for terminal warning devices and a unit for controlling remote electric sirens. A distinctive feature of the complex is its scalability: the equipment allows you to create warning systems of any level: from object to regional, noted in Roselectronics.
According to Roselectronics, the P-166Ts complex developed by KNIITMU JSC is the basis of a centralized warning system for Moscow, the Moscow Region and St. Petersburg.
