On February 14, 2019, it became known that the Russian operator of the Stockmann department store chain, specializing in the sale of clothing, shoes, accessories and household goods, introduced a corporate online system based on the Rubilix platform.
The corporate online system allows you to:
- Monitor performance indicators in real time and quickly influence the outcome
- receive reference and training materials (information is always "at hand");
- create a culture of success;
- create intangible motivation and increase the employee engagement ratio.
The system combines visual graphical display systems, ratings, packages of training materials and information blocks, which allows employees to see their sales results in real time, the main KPIs that help achieve their goals, participate in various competitions, and undergo online training.
As the Customer noted, the project has proven itself well to adapt new employees of the company, as it is an important source of information. In the system, an employee can find not only individual results on key performance indicators, but also the organizational structure of the company, the reference book of a new employee, information on brands, season trends and much more.
According to February 2019, the Rubilix platform has already been deployed to the entire department store retail chain. The system is used by about 700 employees of the company every day, from sellers to department store directors.
Following the results of 7 months of use of the platform, the retailer recorded:
- Company revenue growth.
- Reduce overheads by 1.5% due to the absence of the need to print information materials (training handout, competition information, online publication of a corporate journal, holding daily information meetings for personnel).
- Improve customer service in department stores based on the Secret Buyer assessment. Information on service standards and evaluation results are on hand.
The goal of the project, which started in May 2018, was to increase the level of sales of the retail chain through increasing productivity and awareness of each employee of the department store. Employees received personal access through an application for smartphones, in which information on personal KPIs, progress in their implementation, and the potential amount of the bonus for the reporting period are available in real time. Thus, the employee always has before his eyes a complete picture of his indicators, his personal rating among colleagues and the team rating, the record table.
Thanks to the mobile application, the learning system has become more accessible. The employee can refresh knowledge at any time.
