According to information for February, 2019 the Rubilix system combines evident graphic systems of information display, ratings, packets of the training materials and information blocks that allows employees to see in real time the results of sales, the main KPI which help to achieve effective objectives, to participate in different competitions, to undergo online training.

A system prompts to the employee what to do if he has a deviation from KPI. At the same time the head of the employee can create and customize the system of such recommendations through a simple panel.

The employee sees the results in comparison with others. There is an objective picture of own productivity. At the same time He can see both the personal rating, and the rating of the command.

Rubilix works on any devices. Web access to a personal account of the platform for administrators and mobile clients for employees is provided.
