"The world equipment" increased mobility of employees

On February 18, 2019 Softline reported that it helped World Equipment group to implement the project on transition to CRM of the last generation and to increase mobility of the selling employees. Experts of the IT company quickly provided to the customer server capacities, having proposed the solution Dell EMC which proved the reliability at creation of virtualization of business applications on subscription model.

Until recently sellers of one of suppliers of the import agricultural equipment used CRM which did not allow to work in offline. After work with the client managers had to return to office to enter results into the system – it was wrapped in dead time and numbers of the customers visited in a day, so, sales reduction. The company management made the decision to implement a system which will allow to make out transactions in the mobile application which is not requiring connection to the Internet. At the final stage of the World Equipment project faced the shortage of available server capacities. It was necessary to solve this problem in few days.

For launch of service the customer had no opportunity to withdraw from circulation funds for purchase of servers and licenses, and time for waiting of delivery from a warehouse. The problem of fast deployment of service was solved by model of lease of servers with a subscription for the licenses Windows. The project assumed quite accurate requirements to capacities that allowed us to decide on the equipment quickly. We offered the customer the DellEMC PowerEdge R630 server.
