Biography
Sergei Putyatinsky was born on July 15, 1982 in Saratov.
Graduated from Saratov State University. N. G. Chernyshevsky, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology.
Passed advanced training at the National Stock Association of a self-regulatory non-profit organization, having received the qualification of a financial market specialist in depository activities.
From 2001 to 2007 he worked at the Computing Center of Saratov State University. In 2007, at the Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development (now MTS Bank), he served as Deputy Head of the Platform Solutions Department of the IT Department.
In 2009-2012 He was Director for Business Development at Neoflex Consulting, where he managed the implementation of the portfolio of IT projects in the largest Russian banks, was engaged in the implementation of integration solutions, systems for automating retail business, back office, etc.
In October 2012, he took the post of vice president, director for IT development at Otkritie Bank. In this position, he was responsible for the development of the bank's information systems, optimized the structure of the IT division.
From October 2013 to July 2018, he worked at the National Settlement Depository (NPO JSC NSD) as an information technology director. In 2015, he became a member of the Board of NPO JSC NSD.
In 2018, for less than 3 months - from July 30 to October 5, 2018 - he worked as director of information technology at Russian Capital Bank.

Work at the Moscow Credit Bank
In January 2019, Sergei Putyatinsky took over as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) and headed the IT direction. His responsibilities include the development of an IT strategy and control over its implementation; automation of operations, automation of services provided to bank customers; maintenance of operational divisions.
Putyatinsky is also responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of banking and depository systems, processing, monitoring the execution of banking and other operations.
Before this appointment, since October 2018, Sergei Putyatinsky served as adviser to the first deputy chairman of the ICD board with similar duties, according to the bank's website.
Earlier, Anton Suvorov, who had been working as vice president of the IT directorate since 2011, was responsible for IT at the ICD. At one of the industry conferences in November 2018, after Putyatinsky joined the bank, Suvorov was still declared as a speaker as vice president of the IT directorate of Moscow Credit Bank.
A source close to the bank told TAdviser that Anton Suvorov left the bank in December 2018, and before that he had transferred the cases to Sergei Putyatinsky. According to the interlocutor of TAdviser, Suvorov left the bank not purposefully to some other company and was ready to consider job offers.

2024: Appointment as IT Manager at NSPK
On September 9, 2024, it became known about the appointment of Sergei Putyatinsky as the new IT head of the National Payment Card System (NSPK; Mir payment system operator ).
According to Frank Media, citing sources close to the leadership of the NSPK, Sergei Putyatinsky became the deputy general director of the NSPK, which is responsible for IT, certification and the work of the operational and technological department. Previously, this position was taken by Vladimir Troyanovsky, now he is leaving the company.
Before starting to oversee the IT direction at the NSPK, Sergei Putyatinsky headed Blank Bank, an incoming Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB). And before that, Putyatinsky at the ICD was responsible for the operational business and IT.
