Protasenko Vadim

Career

Vadim Protasenko began a labor activity in 1993, right after the termination of the Tyumen state university, in divisions on work with securities of JSC Kogalymneftegazstroy and then JSC Lukoil-Kogalymneftegaz.

Worked more than 12 years in OAO NIKoil Registrar where nearly 9 years headed Management of maintaining registers of joint-stock companies.

Since 2008 worked in Kompyyutersher Registrator company as the deputy CEO.

From December, 2009 to February, 2019 held a post of the CEO of JSC Independent Registratorsky Company (till October 6, 2015 — JSC Kompyyutersher Registrator).

In 2017 graduated from RUIE Business school according to the program of EMBA "Business Process Optimization in the conditions of Global Challenges and Changes".

Since February 4, 2019, from the moment of completion of accession of JSC Independent Registratorsky Company (IRC) to JSC NRK-R. O. S. T., holds a post of the First Deputy CEO of JSC NRK-R. O. S. T.

For February, 2019 Vadim Protasenko is also the Board member of NRK Fondovy rynok LLC, the Chairman of the Committee according to standards on activity of registrars at the Bank of Russia, the Chairman of the Committee on organizational legal support of accounting institutes of PARTAD, the Head of the working group of PARTAD of development of an algorithm of implementation by registrars of function of registration of issues of securities, the Member of the committee of users of services of central depository and the Member of the board of trustees of Non-profit partnership "Consolidation of participants of Compensating circuits financial market.
