The FlexOn printing house purchased the digital printing AccurioLabel 190 system from Konica Minolta

On February 20, 2019 the company Konica Minolta reported that the Polish the company FlexOn specializing in printing of labels purchased digital printing system AccurioLabel 190 from Konica Minolta.

The management of FlexOn made the decision on implementation of digital technology of rolled printing in response to change of requirements of the clients. In the company consider that not to do any printing house on production of labels without this technology if she wants to save the positions in the market and to provide growth perspectives.

"All these years we were engaged in production of labels, aimed to increase product quality and to consider customer requirements. Ago we realized some time that about 90% of new requests arrive on shorter circulations of labels. We did not want to refuse these orders, but were not able to afford the digital rolled machines available in the market during this period. Then we paid attention to solutions of Konica Minolta. For our business it was some kind of transformation, even more often our clients purchase labels in rolls, even in small amounts. Their drawing is simpler, quicker and cheaper. A number of the companies gives us orders for outsourcing, they need printing of short circulations in a short time, personalisation or printing on demand. They are not interested in technologies of printing in principle, they need high quality of labels at the level of traditional technologies of flexography printing. Thanks to the implemented system load of our flexography machines decreased. Our clients can not worry about terms of accomplishment of orders, besides we can offer them more wide range of products. Our clients can order circulations of any length. Thanks to AccurioLabel 190, we can print the labels capable to sustain severe conditions of production, for example, external extreme temperatures and highly specialized methods of application in the industry.
