Now carriers can control where and in what condition their cars are (on a flight or under repair) and which of them will be free in the near future. The tool will allow you to control the employment of vehicles, optimize the transportation planning process, assess the workload of cars and make management decisions on the use of the fleet. To use the tool, just enable the functionality in the "Logistics" section in the program settings and add employment types. The list already has standard values: for example, "transportation," "repair," "free," "tire fitting."

Vehicle occupancy types

The messenger in Smart Logistics has been improved and the ability to create separate conversations specifically for discussing tenders and auctions has been added. Now carriers can ask customers questions about bidding and discuss all the details without leaving the program. Previously, the tool was only available to discuss existing claims. In the chat, you can edit messages, forward them and send files to the interlocutor. They are automatically saved in copies of documents and in the "Gallery" tab in the messenger. A selection of color themes for chat is also now available. Each can set one of the backgrounds: gray, blue, orange or purple.

Very soon in Smart Logistics it will be possible to create an electronic bill of lading and exchange it with counterparties.

With this release, reference books appeared in the system:

• ADR (Road Transport of Dangerous Goods) - to identify the hazard category of the cargo;
• all possible units of measurement adopted in the Russian Federation;
• packages of goods;

Secondly, additional checks and the ability to fill in data have been added. Now the driver's assistant will tell you if there is already a performer in the system with such full names, TIN or SNILS. If not, offers to create a new card. Pre-inspection helps to avoid duplication of drivers in reference books in Smart Logistics. This is necessary so that the reports are built correctly, and the history of working with the driver is up to date.
