On March 18, 2019 reported Softline that specialists of training center upgraded a monitoring system of development of e-learning in the educational organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan and developed an interactive rate in the field of safe use of information technologies for the educational portal "EO RB".
At the end of 2018 the State committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan on informatization and issues of functioning of the Open Republic system made the decision to update an e-learning monitoring system in educational institutions. The system working at the website of the State Committee was created a few years ago for the purpose of assessment of level of use of digital technologies in educational institutions of Bashkiria.
Technologies develop very quickly in this connection the former technique stopped being relevant. If during its creation existence of the Internet in school was advantage, then now functioning of educational institution in its absence is impracticable. For this reason for the customer it was necessary to develop other metrics and also to make the interface of poll more logical and modern. Heads of educational institutions at the beginning of academic year will be able to estimate the turned-out questionnaire – during this period they provide the information on education digitalization level.
In parallel with upgrade of a monitoring system Softline implemented one more project in the field of electronic education. Experts of training center developed a training course on bases of safe use of digital technologies for the "Electronic Formation of the Republic of Bashkortostan" portal. The portal is created by the State Committee on informatization as uniform information and education space for all groups of the population within which it is possible to take free of charge training courses in the different directions. One of them – digital literacy.
Our task was to create a universal rate which will suit people of different age and level of training. Someone from them surely uses modern gadgets, someone began to use the computer only recently and to go on-line. All of them need knowledge of bases of information security. We attracted colleagues from department of information security of Softline to development of a theoretical part of a rate. Anastasia Ilyina, project manager (UTs Softline)

Specialists of training center developed the two-level training program and created the electronic rate for wide audience including training materials of a different format (text slides with audiomaintenance, motivational animation rollers, interactive practical tasks, test questions with a feedback).
The user of a rate can select one of two levels of complexity: basic or advanced to pass them in turn, or to master the program for the individual educational trajectory created based on entrance testing. After training the user is offered to pass a final test on the selected level for obtaining the certificate.
Projects in the field of promoting of electronic education are sign for the Republic of Bashkortostan. Our mission – to make education modern, convenient and available to each inhabitant of the republic using electronic education. Alexander Bikkulov, the head of department concerning electronic formation of the State committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan on informatization and issues of functioning of the Open Republic system
