Moskvorechye Trading (InStock WMS (IsWMS))

In 2015 the company InStock Technologies executed the project on implementation warehouse management systems InStock WMS in the company Moskvorechye.

Specifics of work warehouse of Moskvorechye LLC is large volume of the orders executed through internet-portal the companies. Output flows are also separated into own delivery and shipment at own expense. Feature of a warehouse – a good selection of goods, difficult merchandising including zones of control and an expedition of delivery and shipment at own expense. It was required for the company strict accounting, including accounting of returns and failures, reductions of a cycle of acceptance shipment and automation of movements of goods.

To reduce selection time under control of InStock WMS in a zone of acceptance the selection method with sorting is applied. The goods are sorted and moves to different zones of a warehouse. In InStock WMS selection zone independently defines the optimal number of orders for the selector. In a zone of control/packaging of delivery or shipment at own expense according to InStock WMS controls multi-stage operations on routes in a delivery zone, or shipments with issue and control of failures. InStock WMS exercises also control of delivery up to confirmation of its final delivery to the client. In this process, according to the same documents, the goods can back return to several times on a warehouse and again to be shipped. The fact of all movements of goods is strictly controlled by InStock WMS
