2023: Transition to version seven of the electronic archive

Limited Liability Company "ESVO" continues to use the electronic archive "Etla." For the convenience of users, its functionality was expanded with the help of additional modules. This was announced by Atlas Soft on July 7, 2023.

The company "ESVO" carries out the development, production and maintenance of aviation training facilities of the latest generation for the training of flight and engineering staff, from training computer classes of initial theoretical training to complex simulators of the highest category of complexity.

Design and accounting documentation of ESVO LLC is kept in electronic form. To store the database and conveniently work with document files, the company has been using the electronic archive "ETLA" for some time, which was recently updated to version 7.0.

Simultaneously with the transition from version 6 to version 7, the number of workplaces was increased. During the update, the electronic archive system was expanded with the Active Directory integration module and a protected document viewer.

The Active Directory integration subsystem is designed to use an external Active Directory authentication server, which is used to centrally manage the password base of users of various information systems instead of its own password base of the ETLA system. Now access to several systems at once has become easier - users use one password for authentication instead of several different ones.

A protected viewer provides viewing of some types of files, such as PDF and images in the built-in viewer without uploading to the user's file system - this increases the security and security of information stored in the archive, including it does not allow copying data to the clipboard.

The experience of operating the electronic archive "Etla" has demonstrated its effectiveness - working with documents has been simplified and takes less time. You can work with documents remotely, and the collaboration of several users with one document is also supported - this speeds up their coordination and approval.

Users note that it is not difficult to master the functions of the archive - this is helped by an intuitive interface and tooltips.

2019: Creation of an electronic archive

On March 20, 2019, Atlas Soft announced that ESVO had formed an electronic document archive on the ETLA platform.

The modern development of digitalization has affected all areas of the aviation industry, from airlines and agencies to companies that serve aviation equipment. Documents appeared, the electronic form of which is primary and companies began to be responsible for the safety of the electronic original.

After analyzing the proposals for automating the storage of documents on the market, the management of ESVO formed a list of requirements for the system being implemented based on the current difficulties in storing documents, requirements for comfortable work, minimizing operating costs and a painless implementation process. The following requirements for the electronic archive system were presented:

• Secure and tamper-proof document storage.
• Flexible and fast search among stored documents, with the ability to configure search parameters.
• Support for working with legally relevant electronic documents.
• Fast automated download of documents from the old archive.
• The Contractor shall be a Russian company that is ready to develop the system for the customer's tasks.

During the implementation of the system, an updated structure of the company's document archive was formed, and automated import of documents from the previously existing storage was organized. You have set up cards and rules for automatically naming and numbering documents.

By the beginning of operation, the EA "Etla" translated contractual and personnel documents, incoming and outgoing official letters, documents on the execution of contracts.

Regardless of where the employee is located, he gets access to the documents necessary to fulfill his official duties.

As a result of the implementation, ESVO received a number of improvements:

• Do not administer folders with documents scattered across the corporate network.
• A significant increase in the number of documents translated into electronic form.
• The search for the necessary document and the associated package of additional documents has become much easier.
• It became possible to indicate the storage locations of physical copies of documents whose archives are located in different places.
