Hypro communication: Plan development of actions for transition to primary use of domestic software

2019: Representation of a product

On April 1, 2019 PJSC Giprosvyaz provided the product "Plan Development of Actions for Transition to Primary Use of the Domestic Software, including Domestic Office Software (Further Software)".

The product is offered to the companies and also their affiliated enterprises, the total share of direct and/or indirect participation of the state in which exceeds 50%.

The basis for product development was the Directive of the Government of the Russian Federation of 12/6/2018 No. 10068p-P13. The directive obliges all state to the companies in 2-month time to prepare and approve by Board of Directors (supervisory board) and to approve with ANO Competence Center on Import Substitution in the field of Information and Communication Technologies "Plan of transition to primary use of the domestic software for 2018-2021" (further – the Plan of transition).

Within a product in the terms coordinated with the customer audit of software used by the customer, including the office software is made, and the Actions plan on transition to primary use of domestic software is developed.

The product includes transition plan development, the explanatory note, adaptation of the developed technique to tasks of the customer, consultation by preparation for approval of the Plan of transition from ANO Competence Center on Import Substitution in the field of Information and Communication Technologies. The packet of the documents provided to the customer includes also recommended performance indicators concerning separate categories softwares and also forms of providing data to the regulator of the course of accomplishment of the plan.

Formalization of a product is performed according to methodical recommendations about transition of state companies to primary use of domestic software, including the domestic office software, according to the Order of 9/20/2018 No. 468 of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation.

The cost of a product is calculated individually for each customer and is in direct dependence on the available set of classes softwares, the number of licenses and also quantity of the automated jobs.
