Connection to the pilot project of FTS for self-employed

On April 5, 2019 the Pay2Me service reported that FTS connected to the pilot project for self-employed, assuming a tax rate in 4% for this category of taxpayers. Now self-employed can use Pay2Me service for receiving payment from customers and buyers, and service is displayed in the list of partners of the program of FTS in the My Tax application.

For April 5, 2019 Pay2Me is a convenient payment service where it is possible to create the personal account, to consider receipts on each client, to withdraw money for any bank card, to generate a link for transfer and to further place it anywhere - on the kraudfandigovy platform, on social networks, on own website — Mikhail Mangushev tells CTO Pay2Me.

FTS created the functionality allowing the person to be registered as self-employed on a TIN and to pay taxes without visit of inspection — Sergey Bludov says, the representative of RNKO 'Uniform Cash Desk' which provides payments — In fact Pay2Me is a financial payment module which allows self-employed to do business comfortably. FTS carries to activity of self-employed 105 types of service. All these are potential clients of service.

Service will help clients to solve such burning issue as blocking of transfers.

It is not absolutely correct to leave the client in private with bank at emergence of a situation with blocking, - Mangushev says. - Not only the person making this transfer, the receiver of transfer and the banks servicing these clients, but also often service through which this transfer is made anyway participates in carrying out transfer. Therefore we consider it necessary to create additional functionality within which we will give full support to our users during the work with banks. In the long term we want to agree with the largest banks that they automatically estimated us as the entrusted receiver and the sender of means. Our clients are divided into online and offline clients. The first group is those people who render services and are self-employed "on the earth": plumbers, electricians, nurses, nurses. We offer them service which allows to send a one click to the customer of the SMS with the invoice for payment. The buyer can also pay such bill in one click. Our solution will be convenient and for parents whose children go to tutors. The child does not need to carry with himself money, the teacher just sends the link to one of parents. At the same time the sender of means will not have to think of that from what card of bank to him to make a transfer.

Individuals which carry out non-commercial transfers can use Pay2Me service not only self-employed, but also. By means of service it is possible to get the translation online without indication of details of the card, to raise money for a gift to the boss from colleagues or to start a peculiar online moneybox where people will be able to translate Donata for start of some project.

In Pay2Me special chat-bots until the end of the year will appear

On April 3, 2019 the service for self-employed Pay2Me presented in the web application form announced intention to start special chat-bots until the end of 2019. In them self-employed will be able to make all necessary transactions: from registration in the Federal Tax Service before billing to the customer.

Representatives of an international payment system of Wallet One on which platform the application is developed, consider similar model of work with self-employed competitive advantage in comparison with other participants of financial market representing similar services.

The chat-bots Pay2Me will work in all popular messengers:

• Viber,
• Facebook Messenger,
• VK.

All people among themselves anyway communicate in chats, self-employed also usually begin communication with clients in messengers. Therefore we decided to focus the attention on development of chat-bots. We calculate that this product will fly up, - Mikhail Mangushev says CTO Pay2Me.

According to him, the chat-bot will duplicate completely the web application, and communication with a bot will be most automated. In the presence of already issued TIN the client will be able to be registered through a chat in the tax inspection in the status self-employed, in the same place he will be able to make out bills to customers and to accept from them payment. Besides, using a bot it will be possible to browse the history of the received payments. At the same time the chat-bot will automatically create the fiscal check sent in parallel to tax and to the client who paid goods or service.

There will be, of course, also helpdesk in the form of the living person, - Mangushev notes. - For permission of difficult questions the specialist of technical support will be able to be connected to the chat-bot.

The Pay2Me service is an official partner of the program of FTS for self-employed. Since April, 2019 it can be found in the list of partners of the My Tax application. All payments are registered by RNKO 'Uniform Cash Desk', on the basis of the banking license.
