Cetelem Bank signed the agreement with Smart Technologies on a technical support service

Cetelem the Bank became one of the first partners who signed the contract in 2019 with SMART technologies company on a technical support service. On April 9, 2019 reported about it in SMART Technologies.

The current contract includes providing outsourcing services and service support hardware and the system software (System Z, Hitachi) and also databases of production of IBM. Work of a support service happens in mode 24x7, the status of databases and the system software is monitored online, temporary solutions are provided within no more than 2 hours for critical requests.

The working capacity and reliability of IT systems is one of the main market advantages of financial institutions. The bank is interested in that clients received all services in time and in full. The signed contract for service maintenance allows us to direct the released resources to quality improvement of own banking services, and to delegate all necessary procedures for technical support of IT infrastructure to our partner, SMART technologies company.
