In Orient Finans Bank the uniform digital-solution for individuals will be implemented. Until the end of 2019, it is supposed to complete development of the planned functionality and in January, 2020 to launch.
Any remote channel will be available to retail clients of Orient Finans Bank to interaction with bank. Internet bank, applications for mobile phones and tablets, the browser on the mobile phone and the tablet – the choice for the user. Each channel will allow clients to work conveniently, safely and easily.
At the first stage it is going to implement self-registration of clients, information on the current products of the client and management of them, requests for opening of new products and for closing of deposits and accounts, selection of deposits and the credits. In the same time transfers from the map on the card, including cards of other banks and transfers between the accounts and cards, including loan repayment and replenishment of deposits will appear. Payment of services, external and internal payments, conversion, request and payment of charges and debts, periodical payments, templates and elected receivers. Also services for clients will be implemented. Order of any references and submission of requests. Recovery of the forgotten password, change of the login, password and personal data. Renaming and concealment of products, a subscription for notifications and news from bank. Plans of the second stage – development of the digital-solution are already now discussed.
