2025: Adding Four Cybercriminal Protection Modules

From September 1, 2025, new requirements of the Bank of Russia aimed at countering fraud began to operate. In order to implement these requirements, 4 modules for protection against cybercriminals, including the "second hand" service, have been introduced in the BSS RBS system for retail clients. The developer announced this on September 18, 2025.

BSS has always focused on data security and banking, offering innovative solutions to combat cyber fraud.

Second Hand Service Module. This is an additional protection against fraudulent transactions, which allows one bank client to become a trustee for another bank client. At the same time, the trustee does not gain access to the account and cannot perform transactions on his own. The solution has flexible security level settings that allow you to determine which specific transactions and threshold amounts require mandatory confirmation from the trustee. This ensures that the service is tailored to the needs of each customer and an optimal balance between the convenience of transactions and the level of security.

Module "Fingerprint - digital fingerprint of the device, collection and storage." The decision complies with the recommendations of the Bank of Russia STO BR BFBO-1.7-2023 and allows you to automatically collect data , when a client is active in RBS (browser in or), mobile application record hardware characteristics and settings OS and transfer a digital fingerprint to the fraud monitoring system for risk analysis. This allows you to identify spoof or infected devices.

Module "AntiScam - blocking the application during an active call or remote access." The service provides automatic blocking of the mobile application when an active call is detected (incoming/outgoing, including calls both via telephone communications and through popular instant messengers, as well as connected remote access software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.).

Module "Checking IMSI when sending a confirmation code via SMS." The decision controls changes to the IMSI identification module (international mobile subscriber ID) in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia and protects against fraud, allowing to identify attempts to use a duplicate or blocked SIM card, as well as number substitution.

2024

Support for PayControl

The company BSS added PayControl support for GOST in the Digital2Go platform, on the basis of which they were implemented - and Internetbanks mobile applications to serve legal entities and individuals. The company announced this on September 13, 2024.

PayControl GOST allows banks to comply with regulatory requirements in terms of ensuring the integrity and authorship of payment orders and other financial transactions in digital channels. This is an omnichannel platform for mobile authentication and electronic signature to confirm electronic transactions in a smartphone, in accordance with the requirements of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 683-P. The solution works on the basis of certified cryptographic information protection tools CryptoPro CSP and JCP (GOST R 34.11-2012 and GOST R 34.10-2012).

The solution is more convenient and secure than the classic means of confirming operations (- USB toquens, SMS and push- codes, etc.). It is easy to use PayControl GOST - just click on the screen, and the smartphone transfer transaction will be signed electronically signed using certified funds. CIPF It takes 2 seconds to confirm your payment. The solution ensures safe storage of electronic signature keys, guarantees control over the integrity and authorship of the signed document, before data visualization confirmation, risk scoring of the device, etc.

Support for the capabilities of the "digital ruble"

On August 29, 2024, BSS announced support for the capabilities of the Digital Ruble (CR) in its flagship Digital2Go platform. The Digital Ruble project - a key element in the development of the National Payment System - is in the spotlight of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (CBR). During the development of the project, updates and new requirements for its operation in banking systems are regularly issued.

In the spring of 2024, the requirements were significantly updated - the Central Bank of the Russian Federation published "An album of electronic messages used to interact between the subjects of the Digital Ruble platform. Version 2024.03 "BSS, as an active participant in the CR project and a supplier of solutions for working with the Digital Ruble on the Digital2Go platform, promptly analyzed the Album... and implemented the necessary changes in its system.

The changes affected the existing scenarios of the CR and made it possible to implement fundamentally new functionality. One of the key changes was the scenario of transferring digital rubles between legal entities "V2V on the details of the recipient." There were also implemented scenarios of funds transfer by order of the Operator, within the framework of which the Central Bank of the Russian Federation can independently make decisions on funds transfer. These changes allow transfers between digital ruble accounts and ordinary bank accounts, including direct debits.

In addition, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, together with the National Payment Card System (NSPK), issued the Operational Bulletin "On the Procedure for Information and Technological Interaction between Participants of the PlCR and JSC" NSPK "when using payment links" version 0.3. The document laid the foundation for the use of universal payment links for the Fast Payment System (FPS ) and the Central Bank, the so-called "Unified QR."

Solutions for CR and NWS become interrelated, and therefore further unification of processes (for example, auto payments and subscriptions) is expected. With this approach, the use of a solution for working with CR and SBP from a single vendor becomes a competitive plus.

The BSS team successfully implemented support for the new "Unified QR" in its RBS system, providing banks with an updated solution. Banks already have access to the standard version of the Digital2Go with support for the new Album of electronic messages of the CR and "Unified QR."

2023: Adding Translation V2V Functionality

BSS on June 15, 2023 announced the update of RBS for legal entities on the Digital2Go platform, providing entrepreneurs with the functionality of V2V transfers.

In Digital2Go, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs were able to make transfers in favor of other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs under the Fast Payment System (FPS). They can also form QR codes to receive transfers from other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on the SBP.

2021: Inclusion in the unified register of Russian software

Support for online accounting "My business"

On November 27, 2018, BSS announced that its small business solution on the Digital2Go platform now supports My Business, a popular Internet accounting service in small and medium-sized businesses. The integration is implemented on the basis of the White Label partner strategy concept. This implies that for a bank client, the accounting interface will look the same as the Internet bank interface, and entering there will look like clicking on a link.

Internet accounting "My business" provides a number of services that perfectly fit into the concept of a solution for small businesses on the Digital2Go platform and will be in demand by users, namely:

  • A tax calendar to inform the client of the necessary actions and a simple transition to perform a task in electronic accounting.
  • Calculation of taxes based on bank transactions.
  • Generate tax payments based on tax calculation.
  • Tax reporting - the service independently forms and submits it to the tax office.

All that is required of the user when working with the Internet accounting department "My business" is to monitor the tax calendar and enter data on counterparties and employees into the service. On October 18, 2018, BSS unveiled its flagship solution, the next generation of Digital2Go open platform. Product development has been carried out over the past two years and has incorporated the best practices and developments of BSS, successfully tested in banks of the Russian Federation, the company said.

According to the developers, Digital2Go is a ready-made infrastructure and security solution that is open to third-party developers and provides "fast Time2Market" (reduces the time to market). The platform assumes the main costs of security, infrastructure, resiliency, scalability and constant updating according to the requirements of the legislation, according to the product description on the BSS website.

The product provides SDK (Software Development Kit) and API, tools for self-customization of standard functionality and service development. API Digital2Go fully corresponds to the 0 and 1 maturity levels of the Richardson Maturity Model REST API, as well as partially to level 2, the company said. The API solution allows you to create a variety of user interfaces with minimal cost while maintaining the stability of the banking employee's workplace. In turn, the developed SDK allows bank developers to independently expand the functionality of their own solutions, without changing the platform code. The SDK also makes it easy to upgrade to new versions of the platform.

The user interface is implemented by HTML5 and is completely separated from the server side of the platform. The development of the user interface was based on UX/UI research.

Digital2Go includes tools to scale the server capacity horizontally, as well as flexibly adjust it to meet specific priorities.

The solution also implements SSO in the required amount for working with Traffic Light services and cloud accounting.

The platform provides tools for transparent communication with users through various channels, including mobile platforms.
