The integration solution for connection of banks to SIEI and implementations of providing GIS GMP Federalnogo services of Treasury

The integration solution based on the BSS e-Government Gate system is intended for connection of banks to the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) and implementation of providing services of "The state information system about the state and municipal payments" (GIS GMP) of Federal Treasury. The solution allows banks to be connected to infrastructure SIEI and is supplemented with service adapters in process of implementation of new services by departments.

2019: Release of version 6.12R3

On March 29, 2019 the BSS company announced release of version v. 6.12R3 of the BSS e-Government Gate system intended for the organization of interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

In version 6.12R3 transfer of housing and public utilities GIS services (SID0004766, SID0004157, SID0004162) on SIEI 3 is implemented, support of an algorithm of public key for formation of the electronic signature in accordance with GOST 34.11-2012 is built-in, the album UFEBM (the unified formats of electronic bank messages) 2019.2.0 is updated.

2018

Release of version 6.10R2

On July 17, 2018 the BSS company announced release of updating of the BSS e-Government Gate system, for the organization of convenient interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

In version v. 6.10R2 the format of the resolution of the court bailiff according to the order FSSP Russia of 4/19/2018 N 148 is updated.

The format of the resolution of the court bailiff according to the order of FSSP of Russia of 4/19/2018 N 148 "About the approval of requirements to a format of the resolution of the court bailiff or other official of Federal Bailiff Service who is taken out in electronic form", becoming effective on July 31, 2018 is updated.

Release of version 6.10R1

On July 4, 2018 the BSS company announced release of updating of the BSS e-Government Gate v system. 6.10R1, intended for the organization of convenient interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

In version v. 6.10R1 support of the GIS GMP 1.16.6 formats is added.

Release of version 6.10

On June 6, 2018 the BSS company announced release of the version of the BSS e-Government Gate v system. 6.10, intended for the organization of convenient interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

In the provided version services of FTS (SIEI 3) of obtaining the certificate of incorporation and Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs are added, formats of Unified format of electronic banking messages to 2018.3.2 are updated.

Release of version 6.9

The BSS company announced on April 16, 2018 release of the BSS e-Government Gate system of version 6.9 intended for the organization of interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

In version 6.9 the FTS service of providing to banks of data on existence of the existing decisions on suspension of account transactions of the taxpayer is added. This service is available through SIEI 3 (a type of data of VS00626v002-FNS001).

Service gives the chance in the automatic mode to check whether the customer account is blocked by tax authority. Earlier such check could be made only manually through Internet service on the website of FTS — the associate director of department of retail products of BSS company Dmitry Knyazev commented on planned updating.

Release of version 6.8

The BSS company announced on April 6, 2018 release of the next version of the BSS e-Government Gate system intended for the organization of interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

In version 6.8 services for work with are added UNIFIED IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM (The Single system identifications and authentications), automatic update of the reference book of suppliers of housing and communal services for simplification of work with GIS HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES, changes of the legislation (the updated GIS GMP formats 1.16.5 and Unified format of electronic banking messages 2018.2.3) implemented and for the previous accompanied versions of a product are included.

In addition to obligatory completions on support of changes of the legislation and a set of small improvements, version 6.8 includes services for work with a Unified identification and authentication system which are a part of global process of simplification of receiving by clients bank (and not only) services — the associate director of department of retail products of BSS company Dmitry Knyazev commented on planned updating.

2017

Support of the GIS GMP 1.16.4 and Unified format of electronic banking messages 2017.4.2 formats

The BSS company announced on September 29, 2017 support of the GIS GMP 1.16.4 formats and UFEBM (the unified formats of electronic bank messages) 2017.4.2 in versions of the BSS e-Government Gate v system. 6.5, v.6.4, v.5.0 intended for the organization of convenient interaction of the systems of bank (RBS, the core banking system) with services different GIS through SIEI.

Release of version 6.4

On July 17, 2017 the BSS company announced upgrade of the BSS e-Government Gate system to version 6.4.

Version 6.4 supports work on free OSPO Linux OS and PostgreSQL DBMS.

We planned for 2017 serious accumulation of functionality of our product and version v. 6.4 – it is only the first step in implementation of ambitious plans. Now a system works at free Linux OS and PostrgreSQL DBMS that will allow banks to select the platform of deployment of a product and to lower TCO. In the version support of work of the widgets which are built in the portal of bank and providing to users of the portal access to GIS services is implemented. The new interchange formats of GIS of housing and public utilities, the reference book by suppliers of housing and communal services, changes in SIEI 3, an album Unified format of electronic banking messages are implemented and the set of other improvements according to requests of banks is made. 2014: June updating

On June 10, 2014 the BSS company announced functionality of the BSS e-Government Gate service adapter on execution of instructions of Bank of Russia No. 3179-U i of Federal law No. 110-FZ.

The instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 3179-U requires from credit institution to update the data received as a result of identification of the client, at least once a year. In case of doubts in their reliability - within seven working days. The federal law No. 110-FZ making changes to Federal laws No. 115-FZ and No. 161-FZ imposes restrictions for the transactions executed by not identified client, enters the new term "simplified identification" and regulates the procedure of its carrying out.

The BSS Engineering company suggests banks to use the service adapter of FMS of Russia for the BSS e-Government Gate system - it will help to fulfill the requirements of above-mentioned regulatory legal acts without difficulties.

The BSS e-Government Gate system gives the chance to receive legally significant data from services of FMS of Russia through SIEI and to use them for identification of clients, including validity of the passport, a place of registration of the citizen of the Russian Federation and accessory of the passport to the person who showed it for identification. A broad set of ready program interfaces helps to carry out solution integration with information systems of bank, providing execution of operations on check of validity of the identification document in the automatic mode.
