The Chuvash republican library for children and young people is equipped with ELAR Planskan

ELAR corporation delivered at the beginning of 2019 in the Chuvash Republican Library for Children and Young People (CRLCYP) of ELAR Planskan. Thanks to the scanning equipment electronic databases of organization will be filled up with valuable information and documents in a digital format.

The Chuvash republican library for children and young people is a large cultural and information and educational center for children and youth, the initiator of actions of republican scale, the organizer of tenders and festivals. The library stores more than 170 thousand copies of books in funds and combines traditional and new technologies in the practice. Delivery modern and the Planskan ELAR productive planetary scanner for transfer to an electronic form of funds of library and increases in access to editions became a big step in increase in presence and quality of such technologies for organization.

"Both old editions of books, and new materials, bound files of newspapers, magazines are stored in our funds, - the director of ChRDYuB Tamara Grigorieva comments, - in selection process the universality of the scanning complex and obtaining high-quality copies from originals of different quality and safety was essentially important for us. Besides organization was faced by a task to solve a problem of digitization of books and brochures with a cover and incomplete disclosure. The equipment under the name of ELAR as much as possible meets to large volume of requirements that allows us to reach new level works and qualities of provision of services to our users".
