"The network Academy Lanit" created a remote rate for employees of OBI

On April 17, 2019 LANIT Group reported that, the Network Academy Lanit training center together with HR-tech-department of OBI developed an electronic rate for the corporate university of these international retail chain stores.

Training is provided within the Proaktiv project on review of the assortment offer of OBI and is intended for employees of shops, procurement experts and category managers. A main objective of the educational program – market research and customer needs, quality improvement of their service and development of the range taking into account the changing demand.

The task of methodical processing and interactive submission of internal regulations of OBI was set for a command of "Network Academy LANIT". Bright and evident educational content is designed to involve employees in process of change of the company. They will be able to improve the available skills, to increase business competences and to participate in formation of the qualitative commodity offer of retail chain stores.

Rates are logically broken into modules. Information in them is structured and for the best assimilation of knowledge is supplied with interactive and animation elements.
