2020: Audit of SMK in ISO 9001-2015

The SATEL company announced on February 27, 2020 successful passing of supervising audit on compliance of the Quality management system to requirements of ISO 9001:2015, having confirmed thereby efficiency of a system in the company and also its significant influence on processes of management of projects.

Expertize was carried out by the partner - Bureau Veritas (Bureau Veritas Certification Russia). Bureau Veritas is accredited by the leading national and international organizations therefore its certificate is recognized around the world.

Implementation of requirements of ISO 9001:2015 allowed to react more flexibly SATEL to changes which happen during project implementation, to fix potential problems in processes and to warn errors on early project implementation phases.

During audit by company management the expressed leader position and commitment concerning functioning of a quality management system, including application of the process and risk-oriented approach was shown. Besides, strategic objectives of work SATEL, questions of needs and expectationses of concerned parties and efficiency of implementation of these requirements through processes of SMK are considered, comments Alexander Melikhov, the leading auditor of Bureau Veritas

Also the main results of the booked audit were summed up:

• productive implementation, maintenance and permanent improvement of SMK, including thanks to use of different corporate tools is shown;
• documentation of SMK conforms to requirements of ISO 9001:2015; its structure and structure provide a strong basis for its maintenance and permanent improvement;
• the program of internal audits is executed in full and in general shows the productive mechanism of maintenance of SMK;
• the analysis of SMK from the management and also regular meetings of management and responsible persons provide its permanent suitability, adequacy and effectiveness;
• SMK of the company is recognized conforming to requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

In 2020 for the purpose of strategic improvement of product quality and services SATEL intends to continue work on increase in efficiency of SMK on the basis of requirements of ISO with involvement of heads and specialists of all directions.

2019: Audit of SMK in ISO 9001-2015

On April 17, 2019 the SATEL company announced successful passing of audit on compliance of a quality management system to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001-2015 and received the certificate recognized around the world from Bureau Veritas.

SATEL brought the quality management system into accord with requirements of the international standard ISO 9001-2015, having implemented risk-oriented approach in process management. System approach to risk management allows the company to define timely risk factors which can lead to a deviation from the planned results and take managerial measures to lower their negative effects and to exclude repetition in the future. In addition to identification of potential threats, the company directs efforts to the maximum use of the arising opportunities.

For development of a quality management system were used instruments of performance monitoring of work among which: carrying out internal audits, risk analysis and system poll of customer satisfaction. The recording system of internal discrepancies which helps us to detect and fix problems before the customer receives the solution is implemented.

The company was faced by the purpose not just formally to receive the certificate of conformity to the standard, having fulfilled the minimum requirements of certification body. We created really effective quality management system on the basis of requirements of ISO with involvement of heads and specialists of all directions.

When choosing the external auditor we made a start not from the volume of requirements of certification body, and from its image and value of such certificate in the market.

Based on two-stage audit in March, 2019 we received the certificate validity period for 3 years which necessary condition – annual recertification. Based on checks of Bureau Veritas noted the high level of competence of the management and personnel of structural divisions SATEL and also orientation to meeting requirements of the customer.

Obtaining the international certificate does not mean that it is not necessary to continue to work on a quality management system any more, development continuous and never comes to an end. One of the basic principles of quality management — full-time employment over improvement, it belongs also to goal setting a managerial link, and to process management.
