On April 19, 2019 years the ASAP Consulting company reported that PJSC Ruspolimet started the uniform integrated management system on the SAP S/4HANA platform. The partner of the project – ASAP Consulting company. Based on SAP S/4HANA of Ruspolimet is going to carry out to 2022 large-scale digital transformation of the enterprise on the basis of the principles of the Industry 4.0.

According to the company, now all processes of the company - planning and production management, stocks, costs, finance, accounting and tax accounting, purchases, analytics and the reporting are joint on the uniform IT platform which can be quickly configured under the current needs. As a result it was succeeded to create the system of end-to-end quality control in all divisions of the company, to reduce delivery time of products to clients, to get access to operational analytics, to increase performance. All this, in turn, allowed to make much quicker management decisions, increased investment attractiveness of the company and trust from partners.

Further Ruspolimet is also going to implement solutions on human capital management (SAP HCM), to maintenance and repair of the equipment (TORO), production planning optimization (APO) CRM, to use expanded analytics and mobile applications.

Implementation of the IT platform is a first step in the long-term program for digitalization of the enterprise and transition to the principles of the Industry 4.0.
