History

2023: Modernization of production in the Tver region for 830 million rubles

Pharmconcept modernized the production of drugs in the Tver region, investing about 830 million rubles in this. The press service of the regional government announced this at the end of August 2023.

Thanks to this investment project, a full production cycle has become available at the enterprise - from the synthesis of the substance to the release of the finished dosage form. This allows for a number of drugs to ensure a full cycle of their production, which is fully consistent with the import substitution strategy, the government of the Tver region said.

In addition, within the framework of the project, the workshops for the production of antibiotics and the disintegration of sterile substances were modernized, a microbiological and two control and analytical laboratories were put into operation.

It is noted that PharmConcept annually produces about 11.5 million bottles of medicines, as well as about 50 million tablets and capsules, including tuberculosis, orphan drugs and antibiotics. In 2023, the company passed the audit of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and received a GMP certificate confirming the compliance of the production site with the requirements of the rules of good manufacturing practice of the Eurasian Economic Union. The company is listed in the list of strategic enterprises of the Tver region of regional importance. It has 32 regional administrations, and also produces 50 types of drugs (by the end of August 2023).

Initially, it was planned to implement the investment project until 2020. Then the planned investments were estimated at about 800 million rubles.

The project will help solve the problems of import substitution in the pharmaceutical market, - said the governor of the Tver region Igor Rudenya.[1]

2015: Establishment of PharmConcept LLC

In 2015, PharmConcept LLC was created, which bought production from Redkinsky Experimental Plant OJSC.

2009: Launch of drug production facilities

Initially, the launch of production capacities of drugs was provided "in 2009. The area of ​ ​ the plant is about 1.5 hectares on which the production workshop and warehouse building are located.
