2019: Workflow automation based on "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF"

Prerequisites

Pharm Concept LLC is engaged in production and packaging of medicines. From the moment of foundation of the company, namely since 2015, the company stored all documentation in paper form, approved agreements huge amount of time. Besides, a part of documents was lost.

As a result in 2018 in the company there was an issue of automation and optimization of work with documents.

Choice of a system and contractor

As the partner in automation the Infosuite company with which already cooperated earlier was selected. As the software product solving problems of the company "1C: Document Flow PROF" was selected.

Results

Using this software product "Pharm Concept" could solve problems of automation of accounting of documents, automation of interaction of employees, approval of documents and the analysis of document flow, namely:

• accounting of the entering, outgoing and internal documents;
• storage of files, their collective editing and control of versions;
• the automated loading of documents from e-mail and from the scanner;
• automation of key business processes — consideration, execution, approval, a statement, registration, acquaintance;
• support of paper office-work and document flow.

• Reduction of routine work
• Release of time for more effective work

According to the results of the project in Pharm Concept company work with internal documents is built, folder structure for their storage is created, routes of the movement are configured. Process of approval and agreement signature is also developed: for the majority of agreements the approval templates, employees responsible for preparation of agreements are created can specify approval stages (on the basis of several templates) and also approving which should participate in processing, and then monitor process of accomplishment of an assigned task.

On a response of the customer, the company it was practically succeeded to avoid paper document flow, time of approval of documentation decreased many times, and any document can be found using several clicks of a computer mouse.

Document flow (ECM) is automated, namely:

• Office-work
• Accounting of agreements
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions
• Accounting and document storage

The Infosuite company performs consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C. The paid agreement 1C:ITS is also issued.
