ChTPZ Group implemented the application for holding meetings of collegiate organs of management Areopad

On May 13, 2019 the Digital Design company announced completion of implementation and setup of the information system "Areopad" (ISKO "Areopad") for work of collegiate organs in ChTPZ Group. A system is intended for process optimization of holding meetings, including correspondence, and mobile application and the web client includes.

The main goal of system implementation – to make process of the organization and holding meetings to the simple, operational and conforming modern requirements of effective management of the enterprise.

ChTPZ Group integrates the enterprise and ferrous metallurgy and also the enterprise for production of the trunk equipment, for procurement and processing of scrap metal, the enterprise of oilfield service business which are dispersed over the country and beyond its limits. To provide to members of collegiate organs independence of the place and time of holding meetings and to accelerate decision making process concerning the agenda of meetings, the decision to implement mobile application was made.

So, now using mobile application Areopad members of collegiate organs and participants of meetings can vote, get acquainted with materials, to leave comments on documents and questions of the agenda directly in the application, to browse results of meetings. Besides, mobile application helped to simplify a format of interaction of participants of internal meetings.

The web client is intended more for work of secretaries — the interface of the solution is designed in such a way that even the unprepared user cannot plan a meeting, to attach to it necessary documents, to invite participants, to sum up the vote results, to create the draft of the protocol and to add the final document of the protocol to meeting materials.

ChTPZ Group paid much attention to adaptation of the application under specifics of the company, specialists Digital Design brought the system interface into accord to the corporate style of the company and also developed individual document templates (for collegiate organ of each company — the document template). Thus, the application was harmoniously built in the IT park of corporate solutions of ChTPZ, and employees could adapt to it quickly.

As result, the Areopad system provided process optimization of holding meetings in internal and correspondence forms, convenience of work with documents and materials on the mobile devices iPad, the high speed of filesharing.
