BestDoctor will provide medical care of staff of Modulbank

On May 14, 2019 the BestDoctor company reported that it will provide medical care for 1150 employees of Modulbank. Access to medical care will be got by employees in 58 cities of presence of bank, including branches in Novosibirsk, Ufa and Kostroma.

According to the company, the medical program of Modulbank includes the wide list of medical services, including stomatology, a call of the doctor on the house, a call of ambulance and if necessary — hospitalization. The companies signed the agreement on medical care for a year.

More and more companies in the Russian market are ready to invest in health of the employees. Earlier Modulbank did not include medical care in a social package of employees.

Service of staff of Modulbank is made on model a self-fanding. It means that the client pays only the received medical services. BestDoctor predicts medical expenses of the company using a "smart" algorithm which considers social and demographic characteristics of collective, a location and other factors.

After the service period balance on the account returns to the company, or passes to the next period. BestDoctor earns at the expense of the fixed commission for each employee attached to service.

The program of Modulbank includes a franchize in clinics and stomatologiya. It means that employees pay a part of cost of the received service — from 10%.
