Biography

In 2008, Anastasia graduated with honors from Perm National Research Polytechnic University with a degree in Automated Information Processing and Management Systems. Then she continued her training in strategic planning and management.

He has a diploma from the Technical University of Vienna (Technische Universität Wien) with a degree in Organization Management, where, under the guidance of Western experts, she received training in the effective use of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

She began her career as an engineer-designer of communication systems and went through a career path to the head of the direction.

She worked as the chief analyst at Forecast CJSC.

Anastasia worked as a chief analyst at PRO IT.

Since 2015, he has been the head of the automation of expert activities and competitive procedures in the Department of Information Management Systems of NAUMEN.

The direction headed by Anastasia is responsible for the implementation of large-scale projects to automate complex business processes, provide public services, support federal targeted programs and competitive procedures, and create expert systems.

Completed projects

With the direct participation and under the leadership of Anastasia, the following projects were implemented:

  • FSBNU Directorate of Scientific and Technical Programs: development of a system for managing federal targeted programs and projects, with the help of which 1,500 scientific and technical projects were supported, more than 10,000 examinations were carried out, more than 400 competitions were prepared and held;
  • FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia: a large-scale modernization of AIS, which ensured the uninterrupted operation of 1,500 users in 13 structural units in Russia and 8,000 applicants, the end-to-end process of providing services from application to issuance of a ready-made conclusion (over 5,000 applications annually) was automated;
  • Roscosmos Group of Companies: development of a system for automation of the procurement process, which made it possible to increase the efficiency and transparency of the purchases made, to mitigate the risks of violation of the timing of the procurement plan during periods of increased loads. More than 400,000 purchase plan items, 90,000 notifications, and 60,000 contracts are registered in the system.
  • Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS): development of an information system for the formation and maintenance of a register of experts of the RAS (more than 7,000 leading scientists from 76 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, a corps of international experts has been formed). Since the launch, the system has ensured the examination of more than 8,000 objects with compliance with the principles of independence, transparency, objectivity and scientific validity.
  • FSIS "Rosaccreditatsiya": functional design of business-critical units of the system intended for electronic document management with organizations accountable to the Federal Accreditation Service.
  • Portal "Our City of Moscow": participation in the development of a geo-information portal created on the initiative of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow.
