"R.O.S. Spetstekhmontazh" will build the indoor pool in Tobolsk

On May 30, 2019 the RTI company reported that JSC R. O. S. Spetstekhmontazh entering it signed the contract with State governmental agency of the Tyumen region "Management of capital construction" on construction of the indoor pool with a total area of 5000 sq.m. in mkirorayena No. 15 of Tobolsk. Project cost was more than 270 million rubles. The works are going to be completed in the 3rd quarter 2020.

JSC R. O. S. SPETSTEKHMONTAZH will build the swimming pool on six tracks.

In the building the pool, the hall of preparatory occupations, locker rooms, a first-aid post, a sauna, administration, household and other necessary rooms will be built and equipped. Project solutions provide also improvement of the territory, adjacent to the building, including gardening, the device of lawns and flower beds, creation of small architectural forms, commented on news Andrey Karelov, the CEO of JSC R. All equipment is designed from nonflammable materials, transit air ducts are provided with the normalized fire resistance limits. In an electrotechnical part of the project technical solutions on power electric equipment, an internal electric lighting, grounding and lightning protection of the pool, meeting safety requirements of life activity of workers of the pool and its visitors are presented.

The pool is intended for holding sports educational and training occupations, sports and improving occupations, improving and sports swimming of residents of Tobolsk, competitions of city value. Financing of construction works will be conducted at the expense of budgetary funds of the Tyumen region.
