Biography

Was born on September 13, 1969 in Bor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Education

Graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod state university of Lobachevsky majoring in "applied mathematics" and Lomonosov Moscow State University in "law".

Career

Began a labor activity in the field of insurance where for several years did a way from the project manager to the CEO of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers.

From 2003 to 2005 worked as the deputy CEO of the Union of "Coordination council of associations of employers of Russia".

From 2005 to 2007 was the head of the department of support of priority national projects of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2007 held a post of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, in 2009 – the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

From February, 2012 to January, 2016 was a member of Board (minister) of trade of the Eurasian economic commission.

From February, 2016 to April, 2018 held positions of the assistant to the Russian Prime Minister D.A. Medvedev, Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff – directors of the department of project activity of the Government of the Russian Federation.

From May, 2018 to February 9, 2020 was the CEO of JSC Russian Export Center (REC).

After departure from the job of the CEO of REC held a post of the member of Board (minister) of trade of the Eurasian economic commission again.

Family

He is married, three children.
