MegaFon will implement digital solutions in the Kaluga region

On June 6, 2019 it became known that MegaFon signed agreements on cooperation with representatives of administration of the Kaluga region. The parties agreed about long-term interaction and development of digital economy of the region. Solutions of MegaFon will concern different spheres of public life of the Kaluga region: city transport, medicine, education, social and investment spheres and tourism.

The agreement was signed by the CEO of MegaFon Gevork Vermishyan and the governor of the Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov. The parties agreed about cooperation with the purpose of improvement of telecom infrastructure and implementation of the innovation projects which solve important social and economic problems of the region and lay the foundation for its further development within the state program in digitalization.

Development of "The smart cities" becomes an integral part of development of digital economy. MegaFon has a big set of competences, assets and partners in total with wide experience of implementation of large hi-tech projects.
