In Assotsiation bank the end-to-end system of monitoring of IT infrastructure is implemented

On June 6, 2019 the company Axoft reported that together with system integrator "Sonet" implemented SolarWinds Netflow Analyzer Traffic in the autonomous area CB Association. In a project deliverable the bank received an end-to-end system of monitoring IT infrastructures, having ensured smooth operation of all divisions of the company; The customer's IT specialists completely control network condition, can prevent failures in work server and network equipment, reduce network downtime and mn. other.

JSC CB Association has the developed network from more than 30 external structural divisions in the Nizhny Novgorod and Kostroma regions.

Initially monitoring of IT infrastructure of bank – servers and network equipment – was made from several open opensource-programs. On the basis of separate information it was difficult to establish the reasons of the arising failures of a system. Part of them it was impossible to prevent in advance, problems were solved upon emergence. As labor costs on manual search of problems and system recovery were high, the database and root routers did not work, there was a question of system implementation of the analysis of traffic of Netflow, control and management of virtual infrastructure.

For creation of a single system of monitoring it was required to select the most suitable software product. Considering complexity and a variety of similar solutions, the bank asked for the help the system integrator of the region – Sonet company which specialists implement similar tasks. Different options of software were considered, but the product from SolarWinds – Netflow Analyzer Traffic which optimum was suitable for problem solving of bank became the explicit favourite: a system covers all spheres of infrastructure of network, provides monitoring of large volume of data, is easily scaled and is democratic at the price, is supported in Russia.

On a test stage of the trialny version of the solution specialists of IT service of Assotsiation bank and Sonet integrator involved in implementation of engineers of service IT distributor of Axoft that as fast as possible and precisely to configure software, having received a product, ready to work, and also to be trained on work with software in Russian.

As a result of project implementation the customer received a full-fledged monitoring system of IT infrastructure, having ensured smooth operation of all divisions of the company. Now the IT service of bank can see loading of the server hardware, display of real traffic in network. Including, between what devices there is the biggest data exchange what applications make the bigger volume of traffic. The customer's IT specialists completely control network condition as all offices of bank are brought to the card of the web console of the program.

The module Virtualization Manager allowed to carry out diagnostics of virtual infrastructure and to create recommendations about redistribution of resources, to removal of the excess files which remained from old virtual machines. Monitoring of load of virtual machines is configured. Thanks to advance notifications about critical condition of the IT specialists structure of bank can prevent failures in work of server and network equipment and, thereby, reduce network downtime. The analysis of traffic allows to redistribute load of interfaces, having increased data transfer rate.

The task of Assotsiation bank was solved in a short time and with the minimum costs.
