Microsoft will help Magnet with creation of the personalized client offers

2019: Agreement of Magnet and Microsoft on complex digitalization of network

On June 6, 2019 the companies "Magnet" also Microsoft signed the agreement on complex digitalization of network using technology developments IT- corporations. Strategic cooperation assumes creation of the new personalized client offers, creation of fast communication between divisions and optimization business processes.

Within the signed agreement of the company will develop tools, including based on oblakamicrosoft Azure which will be integrated into business processes of Magnet. At the same time, the joint project on creation of model of machine learning for demand forecasting in shops is considered. It is expected that it will allow to analyze the volume of consumption of products with a high accuracy, to provide permanent existence of fresh goods, including unique for specific regions.

It is planned that the retail chain stores will expand a portfolio of services for buyers, for example with the personalized offers in specific types of goods.

Special attention will be paid to the organization of communication between divisions using Office 365 services. Besides, Magnet and Microsoft jointly will organize for the staff of network the training actions for increase in competences in the field of cloud computing. Also it is planned that within the agreement of the company will exchange experience of adaptation of solutions.
