Rosselkhozbank signed the agreement on cooperation with open banking-платформой APIBank

On June 7, 2019 it became known that JSC Rosselkhozbank and APIBank (Tsifrovye bankovskiye platformy LLC) concluded the Memorandum of cooperation. Signatures under the document were appended by the Chairman of the board of RSHB Boris Listov and the CEO of the resident company of an IT cluster of the innovation center "Skolkovo" Alexey Petrov in the presence of the chairman of Skolkovo Foundation Dvorkovich's Arcadia.

The memorandum is directed to creation of technology Open Banking-solutions based on the APIBank platform for interaction of RSHB, financial technical-services and providers of non-bank services. It will allow Bank to develop together with partners strategic business models and products for the real sector of economy and agriculture of the countries of BRICS and the Eurasian Economic Union. Besides, access of financial technical-services to a financial infrastructure of JSC Rosselkhozbank will promote creation of perspective solutions for development of digital national economy in general.

Financial technologies very quickly develop. It, first of all, affects retail business. We have a considerable share in a retail segment of the banking market and we need to conform to all requirements of digital reality. The loan portfolio of individuals of RSHB is 427 billion rubles. The volume of the raised funds exceeds 1 trillion rubles. It is sure that cooperation with the financial technical-company of Skolkovo Foundation will stimulate digital transformation of Rosselkhozbank, noted Boris Listov, the head of RSHB
