GMCS and Hoff signed the agreement on cooperation in the field of robotization of business processes

On June 10, 2019 the company GMCS reported about signed agreement on cooperation c Hoff, in the area robotizations business processes (RPA) based on the platform UiPath.

Creation of digital labor power (virtual workers) is one of crucial elements of the development strategy Hoff. The retailer considers the priority directions of robotization finance, client service, purchases, HR.

UiPath is selected as a technology platform as a result of the careful analysis of the RPA solutions presented at the market. The retailer estimated availability of the solution, localization to the Russian market, investment of vendor into development of a product, convenience of a product to users. The GMCS company is selected by the main RPA partner according to the results of the implemented pilot project for customer service of Hoff.

Having analyzed the market and having tried UiPath in practice, we did not have doubts in the choice of the platform of robotization. GMCS with which we made several IT projects perfectly understands our business processes and requirements. In the conditions of modern economy there is no sense to spend human potential for mechanical tasks which can be transferred to robots. We understand it and we expect to give to employees more time for the solution of strategic tasks and implementation of priority projects and also to increase flexibility and efficiency of workflows,

Together with Hoff we work on creation of the card of robotization of business processes.
