On June 11, 2019 the company "AYTOB" reported that it automated control of work of vehicle fleet North Caucasian federal university. In transport division of university a system "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" is unrolled (1C: TsSM), to to cars connect GLONASS/GPS trackers and tachographs. As a result it was succeeded to strengthen control of observance of routes, a run of cars and fuel consumption. The management had an opportunity in the online mode to control and estimate efficiency of use of vehicles of organization.

According to the company, the information system which would allow to optimize control of own vehicles – cars, buses and minibuses was required for the university.

It was required:

  • organize online control of location of transport and a run,
  • provide operational write-off of fuel on the set standards,
  • accelerate filling of waybills.

For the solution of assigned tasks the 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS system (1S:TsSM) and also the specialized equipment – the GLONASS automobile GLONASS/GPS and ADM300 GalileoSky v5.0 trackers, tachographs RUS STROKE Tahoe was selected. When choosing an information system the possibility of automatic formation of waybills and the detailed reporting for efficiency analysis of use of vehicles was considered.

The AYTOB company, being the solution designer 1S:TsSM became the contractor of the project.

For only several days a system was unrolled in workplaces, installation of trackers and tachographs on cars is executed.

In a project deliverable from automobile trackers in 1S:TsSM data on location of vehicles, a run arrive. Calculation of a standard cost of fuel is automated, operational write-off of fuel and lubricants according to the set standards is implemented.

According to representatives of the company, use of tachographs allows to trace in the online mode different parameters of traffic and also work of drivers – a work-rest schedule, management style the car, observance of the set route, etc. As a result the accident rate decreases, inappropriate use of cars is reduced, fuel consumption and wear of the equipment decreases. The management of university quickly obtains reliable information about work of transport division. There was an opportunity in details to analyze and estimate efficiency of use of each car and all vehicle fleet in general.
