2017: Implementation of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2
Till 2016 for data entry of production at the enterprise were used the system developed on Clipper for conducting regulated accounting "1C: Accounting 7.7", for payroll — "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" was used.
Operational accounting of production, material accounting, finished goods and regulated accounting was kept in different information systems, existing integration between which did not provide efficiency the necessary management reporting.
Terms of passing of the order of the buyer from acceptance of the request before shipment to the end buyer were overestimated, receiving up-to-date information about a status of the order and its status in production was labor-consuming and not operational. The traceability of production phases in real time was absent. Production accounting and material accounting was kept in the accounting system on the outdated platform developed in the Clipper programming language, development of this system was not performed. The architecture of an information system did not allow to organize fully system implementation of budgeting and automatic collecting of the management reporting on the enterprise.
The regulated and management accounting was kept in an information system which did not allow to obtain up-to-date and reliable information on all blocks of accounting. Assessment of differences in the managerial and regulated reporting was labor-consuming.
For obtaining the uniform complex information management system by the enterprise, the reflecting all specifics of business processes of the enterprise allowing to provide the management of the enterprise of necessary operational information for planning, monitoring and the analysis of indicators of activity of the enterprise by the management of JSC Izhmetmash the decision to pass to one of complete solutions was made: "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" or "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2.0".
Based on inspection and business process modeling of the customer two options of implementation were offered:
- 1) Automation based on the software products "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" + "PiterSoft: Process management";
- 2) Automation based on the software product "1C: ERP Enterprise management 2.0".
The standard functionality of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 software product most fully met technical requirements therefore the decision on automation based on "1C: ERP 2.0" was made. As the partner in implementation the SITEK company, one of leading companies of the Udmurt Republic was selected.
Within the project specialists of SITEK company performed the following works:
- Consultations on the choice of the software;
- Sale of the selected software products;
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer;
- Software installation on the customer's computers;
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;
- Development and approval of the concept of future information system;
- Planning and statement of stages of works, drawing up job schedule;
- Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation);
- Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation);
- settings of the software product to start accounting;
- Input of opening balances;
- Data transfer from information systems: 1C: Accounting 7.7, 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, developments based on Clipper;
- User training to work in an information system;
- Consultation of users during execution of works.
As a result of implementation:
- 1. Blocks of operational and regulated accounting are united in a common information space that allowed to receive the management reporting in a foreground mode.
- 2. Each order of the buyer received the status and a possibility of tracing on production phases and preparation for shipment to the end buyer.
- 3. Accounting of write-off and distribution of materials, labor costs in the IC "1C: ERP Enterprise Management" is organized that allowed to prepare the management reporting quickly.
- 4. Process of treasury and planning of money is automated.
- 5. The budgeting system, formation of operating budgets on places and consolidated budgets in PEO is implemented.
