2020: Delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment VIDEOCONFERENCING for the Tula office

On May 13, 2020 the Technoserv company, one of the Russian system integrators, completed the next phase of the project on development of infrastructure of a video conferencing of Tele2 mobile operator.

Within the project Technoserv, using earlier developed project solutions and experiment on equipment of negotiation premises of the operator, executed delivery, installation and a commissioning of the equipment of a multimedia complex for meeting rooms at the Tula office of Tele2 company. Also the point was integrated into the existing VKS network of the operator. The project is implemented based on the equipment of the leading solution providers in the field of a video conferencing and interactive systems of display – Polycom and Newline. All technical works were performed less, than in a week.

The corporate video conferencing is standard attribute of IT infrastructure for the companies having an extensive branch network. It is technology base for support of effective communications between remote structural divisions. Equipment of platform Tele2 and inclusion it in a single network of VKS of the operator managed to be carried out to the shortest possible time thanks to the previous experience of cooperation, noted Konstantin Pate, the head of department of unified communications and contact centers of Technoserv company

2019

On June 13, 2019 Technoserv company, the Russian system integrator, announced project completion on the equipment multimedia complexes of office of Tele2 mobile operator in Comcity.

Tele2 integrated all Moscow representative offices under the same roof – in business center Comcity in Rumyantsevo. For carrying out video conferences and an operative communication with branches the operator needed the equipped meeting rooms. Therefore the company set the task for Technoserv qualitatively and in most short time to equip the headquarters with the modern multimedia systems.

In two months considerable amount of works was executed: design, dismantling of the equipment in former buildings and installation on the new platform, a complex commissioning, commissioning. Specialists of integrator organized moving of the multimedia systems of seven meeting rooms from one of former offices. Also in premises the equipment of different level of complexity was supplied and installed, up to complexes of a professional video conferencing.

During creation of multimedia subsystems solutions of the leading vendors were used: Polycom (with integration with MS SkypeForBissness), Crestron, Extron, LG, Vivitek, Digis, Shure microflex.
