2017: Tele2 will place the headquarters in Comcity

The Tele2 and PPF Real Estate Russia company, the developer and management company of office park of the class A Comcity, announced signing of the long-term agreement on lease by the operator more than 13 thousand sq.m. The JLL company acted as the consultant of the transaction of lease.

In addition to offices, in Comcity two dining rooms, 10 restaurants and cafe, the fitness center, supermarket and shops providing different services and goods are located.

The headquarters of Tele2 will be placed in office Comcity park. The operator consolidates the central and Moscow offices in one space. Relocation of the company is planned for the first half of the year 2018. In more detail about it it is possible to read here.

2016: Rostelecom completed moving to Comcity

On March 14, 2016 it became known that divisions of PJSC Rostelecom completed moving to office park of the class A Comcity in Nova Moskve. The staff of Macroregional branch "Centre" and a number of child structures of the company accommodated in the new spacious office buildings built using the most modern and innovative technologies. As the general contractor on internal finishing of premises of office "Rostelecom" the RD Construction company acted.

Thus, the stage of moving of all largest tenants of the Phase of Alf of office Comcity park was completed.

The concept, unique for the Russian market, offers "the city in the city" to the tenants not only high quality office spaces and the capacious parking, but also the big trade gallery providing everything for comfortable work and pastime in this "city". In the territory of office Comcity park new restaurants, cafe and shops continue to open. Lately the doors for visitors were opened by network of restaurants of a corporate power supply "CAFETERA", Starhit cafe, Delhi Paste, "Louis Charden" and Pyaterochka supermarket. The total leased area of these new tenants of trade gallery Comcity exceeded 2.1 thousand sq.m.

2015: 10,335 sq.m - office "Asteros"

The Asteros group became the 4th tenant of office park along with RostelecomSystematics JSC ", GKS and Oracle. The lease agreement is signed at the beginning of 2015 and expected 15 years. Relocation of Asteros to office center Comcity which is under management PPF Real Estate Russia was implemented within one month. Today here all divisions and child structures of Asteros which are earlier in different parts of Moscow are located.

Asteros occupies the A5 body in the territory of Comcity. The concept of the opened office implemented by the company allows to use space most effectively both for work, and for communication with partners and colleagues. New "house" is designed with participation of leading specialists of Asteros and conforms to high requirements to the engineering systems, IT and telecommunication infrastructure. So, the integrator designed and implemented the systems of regular power supply, cold supply, security television, security and disturbing signaling, fire extinguishing, KSPD, the ACS, SCS, etc. Performance of corporate network at new office is increased by 10 times, high-speed Internet access is provided, the network is unrolled high density by Wi-fi. About 1000 automated jobs, including mobile are in total prepared. In the short term Asteros will complete the construction of own machine hall equipped with all necessary engineering and IT infrastructure and also security systems.

2014

Delivery of the first stage (phase of ALPHA)

In September, 2014 the first stage (a phase of ALPHA) of office park was put into operation. Delivery of the second queue (a phase of Bravo) is planned for 2016.

Tenants: Rostelecom, Systematics and Oracle

In November, 2014 Oracle Corporation and PPF Real Estate Russia, the developer and management company of office park of the class "A" Comcity, signed the lease of office spaces. According to it, Oracle Corporation rents offices of 6,370 sq.m. in Comcity. JLL and CBRE companies acted as consultants of the transaction.

Earlier the decision on moving to office Comcity park was made[1]by Rostelecom (60,000 sq.m) and Systematics Group (17,400 sq.m). The companies are going to begin moving after the end of finishing works at the beginning of 2015.
