On June 13, 2019 became izvetno that between the companies "TAIF" and Schneider Electric the supplementary agreement about strategic cooperation was signed. Signatures under the document were delivered by the CEO of JSC TAIF Albert Shigabutdinov and the senior vice president, the president of Schneider Electric in Russia and the CIS Johan Vanderplayetse. The agreement was signed in the presence of the President of the Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Within the Program of strategic development of TAIF Group until 2030, the enterprise of Group actively work on the projects having priority value for economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation. For their implementation the enterprises of the TAIF Group actively perform implementation of modern technologies and solutions, implement the best technical achievements, conduct large-scale upgrade of the operating productions, execute the enormous volume of construction.
The Schneider Electric company is interested to take part in implementation of the large-scale investment projects performed by the enterprises of the TAIF Group. Mutually beneficial cooperation offers prospects and opportunities in the field of petrochemistry, oil processing and power. Schneider Electric will promote implementation of the most advanced developments and technical new products at the enterprises of the TAIF Group.
Signature of this agreement became continuation of the cooperation between the companies in delivery, a commissioning of the equipment made by Schneider Electric concern begun in 2017. The document contributes to the development of the long-term relations of partners in the field of digital transformation at the enterprises of TAIF Group and in the Republic of Tatarstan, including development of educational programs, delivery of modern digital solutions, the equipment, component parts and spare parts of production Schneider Electric and also fixes corporate discounts for the enterprises of TAIF Group.
The equipment Schneider Electric is already installed and is widely operated in PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, PJSC Kazanorgsintez, branches of JSC TGC-16, at the TAIF-NK gas Station LLC enterprise, on social objects of JSC TAIF, in office spaces and business centers of the company.
Besides, the companies intend to continue implementation of joint projects in power, automation of technology processes and complex accounting of resources, implementations of the modern electrotechnical equipment for the systems of power supply of industrial enterprises, energy-saving technologies.
