NTI starts the intellectual platform of talent management

On June 13, 2019 it became known that based on artificial intelligence technologies the Circle movement of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) is going to start the digital platform of talent management. A system will aggregate educational services, data on participants of the Circle movement and to recommend them personal trajectories of development. The Talent platform the Russian company "Jet Infosystems" in cooperation with the Agency of strategic initiatives within implementation of the road map develops Circle movement of NTI. The start of trial operation of a system is planned for July, 2019, at full capacity the project will appear until the end of the year.

The platform represents intellectual service of selection of individual programs of development for talented youth. "Talent" creates "a digital trace" of school students and students: collects information on actions in which they participate, the performed tasks and achievements, fixes communications between participants and mentors during joint work in commands and circles. A system analyzes the data received from different projects of the Circle movement NTI and its partners using methods of machine learning.

For the Circle movement NTI it is important to reveal young talents through collecting and data analysis and to include them in an orbit of the National technology initiative. The digital platform of talent management is directed to it. At the same time the Talent platform is not just the broker of data on talents. It both the accounting system and verifications of competences constructed on four years' experience of the Olympic Games NTI and other our projects. The end-to-end idea of creation of the platform — to create "a digital trace" of the person, to collect his progress and experience which he accumulates in one base. The portfolio of young participants of the Circle movement NTI is a serious capital which in the future can be far more important than marks in the Unified State Examination and diplomas for employers,

Taking into account knowledge revealed and analyzed at each user, skills and interests, Talent recommends these or those educational programs and actions organized on platforms of the University 20.35, Leader-ID and directly on Talent. Service prompts to the participant: what project school or a hackathon to it it will be useful to development on what profile of the Olympic Games NTI it is possible to come what online courses to pass what circle in his hometown works on a subject interesting to it.

According to the results of participation in actions, tenders and projects of the Circle movement, at each user a set of the confirmed competences which level grows with further activities forms. For example, after participation of the school student in the Olympic Games NTI on the Big Data profile, in its profile there will be the corresponding competence which level depends on success of passing of competitive tasks. Also Circle movement attracts partners to independent assessment of young talents. For example, the competence "Ownership of English" will be confirmed based on the voluntary diagnostics which is carried out by Skyeng online school, the agreement with which was signed in May, 2019.

Along with school students and students, mentors will become one more category of users of Talent. They will be able not only to monitor progress of pupils, but also to leave the "digital mark": confirm competences of the mentor through participation in projects and actions, training of winners and prize-winners of the Olympic Games NTI, etc.

The start of trial operation of Talent is appointed to an educational intensiv "the Island 10-22" which will take place from July 10 to July 22, 2019 in the Skolkovo institute of science and technologies. Developers assume that universities and the employers interested in talented students, trainees and employees will become active users the digital platform.
