Jet Infosystems: Digital platform of talent management

The digital platform of talent management — a recommendatory system on selection of programs of additional education for talented school students.

A system analyzes social and demographic data of the user and on its basis provides the list of the recommended educational programs: training courses, the given Leader-ID and the 20.35 University.

2018: Platform prototype

The Jet Infosystems company in February, 2018 provided a prototype of the digital platform of talent management based on artificial intelligence technologies (AI). The solution is developed by Jet Infosystems system integrator in cooperation with the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) within the National Technology Initiative (NTI). Start of the solution in commercial operation is planned until the end of 2018.

Solution development on talent management began since July, 2017 when the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev approved the road map of NTI "Circle Movement" including the actions plan on development of community of talented school students. According to the plan, by 2025 Circle Movement NTI should total not less than 500 thousand participants — both school students of 12-16 years, and their mentors: leaders of projects, moderators, consultants, educational masters.

It is supposed that the digital platform of talent management will become intellectual service for formation of individual educational trajectories for each of the selected pupils — taking into account knowledge which is available for it, skills and interests. The solution will allow to aggregate and analyze using AI technologies data on participants of Circle movement from a set of sources, including the NTI partner organizations and social networks.

In conditions when traditional educational institutes can not always quickly and flexibly react to personnel requests of the new markets, the network format of informal education offered NTI can become the main source of qualified personnel which will create new technologies and products. The expert recommendatory platform developed by us which cornerstone the artificial intelligence is will allow to personalize the system of educational programs and to increase efficiency of interaction with talented youth — Vladimir Molodykh, the director of development and deployment of software of Jet Infosystems company is convinced.

As of February 13, the project team Jet Infosystems develops architecture and the hardware-software platform of the solution is unrolled. The next stage plans integration of the platform with the data sources entering a technology circuit of NTI. In the long term also the employers interested in involvement of the perspective personnel in the field of high technologies will be able to get access to the digital platform.
