2019: Tinkoff and Wainbridge agreement on the rental of an office in BC Aquatoria

On June 7, 2019, the Tinkoff Group and the international development company Wainbridge signed an agreement of intent to conclude a long-term lease for office space in the Aquatoria business center, located on the banks of the Moscow Canal at 69 Leningradskoye Shosse, since 2022.

The Aquatoria office center will become a new site for the Tinkoff headquarters, which will occupy more than 68,000 square meters. m, including a fitness complex with an area of ​ ​ more than 3,000 square meters. m This deal will be the largest in the office real estate market in Moscow over the past two years.
