Biography

Sergey Maksimchuk was born on August 22, 1979 in Moscow.

In 2002 the Russian Foreign Ministry in the direction of the international trade law graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, has bachelor's degrees and the specialist.

Got additional education in NIU "Higher School of Economics" later, having been trained according to the program of advanced training, specialization - "Management of corporate venture fund".

In 2008-2009 worked as the chief financial officer in the company on construction of country housing "Country residences".

In 2010 Maksimchuk founded Here Will Find company on search of housing without realtors, and in 2011 - the project of virtual gift cards of Beridari where worked till 2013.

Then began to work in banking sector. Was the project manager "Alpha Start", "Alpha Laboratory" in Alfa-Bank.

Since January, 2018 directed the direction of development of innovations Alpha Private - the division of Alfa-Bank working with wealthy clients and their families.

Later in 2018 held the head's position on business development in division of IBM, the IBM iX digital-agency, managed projects in the Far East and in Yakutia.

2019: The Deputy Prime Minister - the minister of digital development and communication of Primorye

In December of the 2019th Sergey Maksimchuk was appointed the Deputy Prime Minister of Primorye - the minister of digital development and communication. The ministry of digital development and communication was created in the region at the end of 2019 based on department of informatization and telecommunications of Primorye.

2020: Dismissal from a position of the Deputy Prime Minister – the minister of digital development of Primorye
