Biography

Was born on March 17, 1962 in the village of Chernigovka of Primorsky Krai, Russia.

Education

1982 - graduated from the Khabarovsk mounting technical school.

1992 - graduated from the Far East commercial institute (since 2004 - the Pacific state economic university) as Economist.

Scientific degree

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

Worked as the master at Seaside state district power plant, did military service.

1987 - founded Galatea cooperative for cultivation and sale of flowers.

1989 - created the Primorsky cooperative which later became the production and food consolidation (PFC) "Seaside".

1995 - it is elected the vice-chairman of Board of Directors of JSC Preobrazhenskiy Base of the Trawling Fleet (PBTF).

1997 - PPO "seaside" became the major shareholder of PBTF.

June, 1998 - was headed by Board of Directors of PBTF.

On December 9, 2001 - it is chosen in legislative assembly of Primorsky Krai.

On November 27, 2002 - became the representative of legislative assembly of Primorsky Krai in the Federation Council.

At the same time the edge administration headed by Sergey Darkin opposed his candidate, but election was provided by the deputies loyal to the ex-governor Evgeny Nazdratenko.

On September 29, 2004 - it is exempted from senator's duties at own will and became the adviser of the speaker of the Federation Council Sergey Mironov.

On December 5, 2004 - on elections of the governor of the Kamchatka region took the third place, having received 14.14% of votes.

August, 2011 - made the decision to participate in primaries of the United Russia from the Amur region and won in it first place to the place of the deputy of the State Duma of the VI convocation.

On December 4, 2011 - it was chosen, however he refused the mandate.

On October 20, 2012 - it is elected the governor of the Amur region for the second term[3].

On September 26, 2018 it is appointed the acting as the Governor of Primorsky Krai before taking office of the person elected the Governor of Primorsky Krai.

Public activity

September, 2009 - participated in the International investment forum "Sochi-2009". Submitted the regional project "construction of the first stage of the Pioneer mine. The investment commission podderazhat the project with one condition - if it is approved by Glavgosekspertiza[4].

July, 2012 - took part in the 11th international heat Friendship. Together with other swimmers it overcame 1300 meters of Amur River to the Chinese coast. According to Kozhemyako, "it was difficult, but in general mood good, adrenaline". This event is traditionally held in the Amur region and the Province of Heilongjiang (China)[5].

August, 2012 - participated in the festive event devoted to the celebration of the 82nd anniversary of Airborne troops of Russia (in Blagoveshchensk, at a monument to combatants in hot spots)[6].

September, 2012 - took part in opening of the first regional sports contest in Blagoveshchensk "You and I am my sports family"[7].

December, 2012 - took part in start of the first stage of a pipeline system Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean is on the Amur earth which took place in Primorsky Krai in the territory of specialized sea oil port "Kozmino"[8].

February, 2013 - was visited by the museum of the Amur regional department of the All-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan" which integrated the Afghan soldiers and veterans who passed others "local wars"[9].

March, 2013 - took part in test start of the ski slope in the village of Natalyino[10].

Awards and titles

  • June 28, 2007 - An order "For Merit to the Fatherland" 4th Class - for a big contribution to social and economic development of the autonomous area.

  • Valid state councilor of the Russian Federation 3 classes.

Interesting Facts

Since 2004 he published more than six books among which "There are truthful rasskazik", "Sailor's pranks: autobiographical stories", "My genealogy", "Parent secrets: truthful stories", "Vanya and Masha on a visit at bees: the book about bees for children", "Sweet summer"[11].

January, 2012 - addressed with the letter the prime minister Vladimir Putin in whom asked the federal authorities not to pay a dole to men aged from 18 up to 42 years, not having children.
