The Meridian Development company operates an automated system based on the 1C: Holding Management software product for the purposes of budgeting and consolidation of the management reporting.

Specialists of the partner of 1C — SoftBalance group — performed the following works on system implementation:

• Inspection of processes of the company, requirement analysis to a system;
• Formation of model of work in a new system;
• User support after start of a system in operation.

Tuning of a system was performed by specialists of the company independently on the model developed by specialists of SoftBalance company.

Key results of implementation of the automated 1C: Holding Management CPM system:

• Data collection for formation of the management reporting from the external accounting systems of operational and regulated accounting is automated that allows specialists of economic department to analyze aggregated data on the company in a single window;
• Formation of the fact income and expense budget and BDDS of the company with the link to primary accounting document is automated that increased transparency of the management reporting and simplified search of errors;
• The efficiency of formation of the management reporting increased.
