Education

Marat Yusupov graduated from the Russian state social university majoring in "Management of the organization".

Career

From 2011 to 2017 worked in FC Otkrytiye where at first held a position of the head of network of departments of the Moscow regional directorate, and then — the deputy area director.

In Otkrytiye bank was responsible for development and deployment of model of development of retail business, implemented the project on integration of offices of a number of banks into network of Otkrytiye bank.

In 2017 headed department of office sales of Rosgosstrakh. In Rosgosstrakh he was responsible for standardization and development of network of sales offices and project implementation selling banking and not insurance products in sales offices.

Since 2018 worked operating the head regional center in ДОМ.РФ Bank where standardization and systems management by sales channels for retail clients and small business were its fundamental obligations.

In June, 2019 Marat Yusupov who worked in the financial sphere more than 13 years is appointed the director of the department of work with clients of Soglasie insurance company. The department director is faced by the following tasks: increase in number of sales offices, standardization of work and development of office sales channel, network functioning performance improvement and also telemarketing development.
