2020: Implementation of CSI: Set Galya in 2 shops
On April 30, 2020 CSI reported that Kemerovo the network of supermarkets "Begemag" began to service buyers quicker: retailer started business process, accelerating exclusive transactions at the checkout. Now the administrator can delete remotely goods from the check, cancel the last position and change the number of purchases. After a request from cash desk it receives the notification on the smartphone in chat-bot Set Galya and can confirm with one button transaction.
This business process works in 2 supermarkets of "Begemag". Telegram bot Set Galya allows to contact instantly the administrator and to request from it confirmation on exclusive transaction: canceling of the last position, removal of goods from the check or change of quantity downwards. At the same time the senior personnel receive a request with exact data from a cash system — deception and errors of the cashier are excluded. For remote accomplishment of transaction at the checkout it is enough to administrator to press one button.
Our employees liked the tool for exclusive transactions. It is convenient to administrator to adjust checks far off and if there was such situation when his presence is necessary, via the chat-bot it is visible at once on what cash desk to go. Now we remotely solve up to 70% of such problems, for the first week exclusive transactions accelerated at least for 7 seconds, and we expect much more still a speed gain, told the CIO of Begemag network Alexey Pavlov

If necessary via the chat-bot it is possible to call the administrator on cash desk — for example to bring exchange, to issue return or to resolve other important issue with the buyer. It also helps to save personnel time: the cashier does not need to look for the head, instead he will be able to service the following client.
The chat-bot Set Galya "Begemag" started together with the IT contractor and the developer of a product — CSI company. The retailer also uses a flagship product of an ecosystem of Set — the solution for automation of trade of Set Retail 10, a control system of the cash transactions Set Prisma, the Pirit cash registers.
"Бегемаг" will test this tool then will estimate its efficiency and will make the decision on further distribution of business process on other shops.
2019: Set Retail implementation
On June 14, 2019 the Crystal Service Integration company announced that the network of supermarkets "Begemag" improved trade processes and the cash register line.
Less than 5 months it was required to regional network retailer "Begemag" to upgrade IT infrastructure: from replacement of the separate cash equipment and component parts — before improvement of internal business processes and work with IT contractors. As a result "Begemag" for 9% accelerated work of shops with buyers, reduced the number of requests about problems in work of points of sale by 70%, several times lowered costs for maintenance of shops.
In November, 2018 the retailer began to upgrade IT infrastructure of network to accelerate work of cash desks and to achieve their uninterrupted operation, to offer buyers loyalty tools, to save time and resources on maintenance of shops. For optimization trade and the business processes connected with these tasks, "Begemag" set the solution for automation of trade of Set Retail 10 of CSI company, updated the cash equipment, started the large-scale loyalty program in offline - and online sales channels.
As a result "Begemag" reached high efficiency of the cash register line: service of buyers accelerated for 9% — thanks to the updated cash equipment and Set Retail 10: speeds, to the simple and clear interface, individual preference and flexible solution integration with internal and external systems. The number of requests on work of point of sale to IT service of Begemag network decreased by 70%.
