According to information for March, 2020, the SetGalya tool is intended for operating officers of retail chain stores.

Setup of service of service:
- Setup of SetGalya service for interaction with Telegram and SetRetail it is made only by the staff of CSI.
- Connection of a personal profile of the administrator in Telegram of the cash administrator and connection to SetGalya service is made by engineers of support of the client.
- the following data are required for the employee of CSI:
- Shop number.
- Number of an employee ID of the cash administrator.
- Mobile phone of the cash administrator.
Availability of Set Galya in Set Retail 10
On February 20, 2020 the CSI company (Crystal Service Integration) offered the Russian retail chain stores opportunities for acceleration of service at the checkout using the chat-bot. In particular, in an ecosystem of Set there was a chat-bot Set Galya which allows employees to request quickly permission to exclusive transactions from the administrator. In turn, the administrator far off delegates to personnel the solution of urgent tasks: for example, canceling of the last position, removal of goods or change of quantity downwards.
