2017: Entry into the market

In February, 2017 New cloud technologies announced availability of a new product of own development - the corporate messenger "MyOffice Logos". TAdviser announced that he prepares for an output to the market earlier, in October, 2016.

"MyOffice Logos" represents information and communication service of fast message exchange, for the organization of joint work with documents and files in the organization.

The CEO of New cloud technologies Dmitry Komissarov noted that messengers gain popularity and become nearly a fixed asset of communications. People communicate with their emergence by mail and to phone less, preferring instant messaging.

At the same time, in the existing corporate messengers, according to Komissarov, there are not enough opportunities for the structured and subject communication around the document and also full integration with IT infrastructure of the enterprise. By "MyOffice Logos" it was developed so that to meet these lacks and to ensure full communication and joint work with documents, speak in the company.

In the new messenger employees can communicate with each other, participate in group discussions and carry out audio-and videos are ringing. By "MyOffice Logos" it is integrated with office applications of "MyOffice" for editing and discussion of documents in the mode of one window. In it it is possible to create group discussions, using hierarchy with access rights from the corporate directory, or to communicate in personal correspondence.

"MyOffice Logos" supports sending the files which are on the device or in corporate storage based on the MyOffice platform. The sent files automatically are saved in a chat, providing convenient and quick access for all working group.

In the next releases developers are going to add to MyOffice Logos a broad set of new functionality - conferences, chat-bots, integration with an e-mail client and another. Also the interface will be improved to make work with the messenger the simplest.

In plans of New cloud technologies also – to provide integration of MyOffice Logos with a number of third-party services of corporate communications, including Skype for Business. In addition, the company conducts work on integration with a number of the Russian electronic document management systems: for example, with Practice, EOS Group. Also there are works on integration with Bitrix-24 service.

At the time of an exit of MyOffice Logos current users of packets of "MyOffice Professional" and "MyOffice the Private cloud" will receive it together with the next updating in March. The cost of products at the same time will not change.

To "MyOffice Logos" it has to become available also as an independent product. New cloud technologies say that it will cost approximately twice cheaper, than Skype for Business.

The corporate messenger of the MyOffice Logos supports work on the Windows 7, mac OS, Linux Ubuntu, Android, IOS operating systems. The product is delivered as a part of "MyOffice Professional" and "To MyOffice the Private cloud". Mobile applications as of February pass test and are planned to an exit in March, 2017.

2016: demoversion

As TAdviser knew, the New cloud technologies company prepares for release own messenger under the name "Logos". On a wave of heated discussions of the fact that it is necessary to develop own messenger for officials in network the demo video of Logos service from MyOffice developers appeared.

As it appears from the demo video placed on YouTube by the employee of NOT Olga Kuznetsova, the functionality allows to create group chats for correspondence – they can be as private, and with access for all employees (Private groups", Groups of the companies). In Logosa there is a search in contacts and groups, setup of sound notifications, an opportunity to see those who in network who does not.

The messenger is densely integrated with other product of the company – a set of office applications "MyOffice": so it is possible to put documents in correspondence and to jointly edit them, without leaving a chat. Besides, in the messenger calls with video conference are available.

Judging by a demonstration roller, the product is intended for corporate and state users: there are a hierarchy and the different access levels to correspondences. The source of TAdviser close to developers tells that in the product "MyOffice Logos" there will be enhanced capabilities of the notification with a possibility of formation of an individual tape of messages from groups and hierarchical organization of messages.

The source of TAdviser in NOT confirmed that product development is conducted, and the company is going to begin its public testing in December, 2016. According to the source, service will be available both in the form of the web version, and in the form of applications to iOS, Android and Windows.

In New cloud technologies refused official comments.

New development should compete with many already existing and popular messengers, such as Microsoft Skype for Business, Slack, Telegram. Besides, since summer of 2016 in Russia actively undertook creation of the protected messenger for government employees. The race joined very many companies. On tender among developers which carried out the Institute of Development of the Internet (IDI) more than 30 requests (as of the middle of October, 2016 13 applicants are selected) arrived.

Parallel to it the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) together with Tele2 and Rostelecom was considered for investments into the domestic messenger by four startups: "Sibrus", Titanium, "Flodium" and SyncCloud.

On November 2, 2016 Microsoft presented the new product – the corporate Teams messenger. At the same time the demoversion Logos from New cloud technologies appeared in network literally some days before it is on October 27.
